It was a journey of raw courage and emotion for Hunter man and Bipolar sufferer Kenny Jewell, when he became the first person to circumnavigate Lake Macquarie earlier this year.
The torturous 200km journey was completed in torrential rain and all in the name of charity, Beyondblue.
But now Kenny will be able to share his adventure, with the release of a documentary detailing his voyage.
NBN caught up with the explorer, who still has more adventures on the horizon…
