Before putting the house on the rental market a year and a half ago, the house was fully painted, a brand new kitchen went in, bathroom refurbished, new carpet, new built-ins in two bedrooms, new vertical blinds, air-conditioner and new washing machine. Since, the fridge has been replaced and all requested repairs have been done to date. We have many PHOTOS of the house showing it in good condition and receipts for all work done at the time.
It was rented as fully furnished house including a TV to FM Resolve through Apple Property Management who said that FM were paying us $400/week including on-going lawn care, not the $500 plus that was stated!.
