The man charged over the abduction drama in Coffs Harbour earlier this week will face court today.
The 32-year-old man allegedly stole a car at Coffs Central Shopping Centre, with a two-year-old sitting in the backseat.
The girl was later located safe a short time later when the car was abandoned on Ocean Parade.
The man was taken to Coffs Harbour Police Station and charged with several offences including taking/detaining a person with intent to obtain advantage.
