Mingara Head Coach Kim Taylor is aiming for gold on the opening night of the State Short Course swimming championships at Homebush, with Lachlan Van-Tempest and Tomas Elliott both tipped to win medals in the 200 metres individual medley.
Elliott will also swim the medley relay; and is quietly confident of taking out the prestigious event.
