A salvage operation is underway for a yacht which sank during a night of high drama at the Coffs Harbour marina earlier this month.
Water police were on hand to supervise as two cranes lifted The Owl and the Pussycat above the surface.
The boat had been sitting on the bottom of the harbour since a suspicious fire broke out on a trawler in early May.
The blaze somehow started the trawler’s engine, sending it careering into the yacht and sinking it.
Police are still investigating.
