CASINO MAN GETS 28 YEARS FOR MURDER

A Casino man convicted of strangling 62 year old Glen Innes greengrocer, Adrian Trevett will spend at least 21 years behind bars for his role in the killing.

27 year old Mathew Aquilina was one of three people, including his own mother, convicted of the 2010 murder.

Adrian Trevett disappeared in December, 2010 after embarking on a bike ride to the summit of the Gibralter Range.

His body was later discovered in a ravine at Tenterfield.
