Hunter swimmer Thomas Fraser Holmes has made up for his false start in the 400 freestyle in spectacular fashion, winning his second gold at the national titles.
Fraser-Holmes lead from start to finish in the 400 individual medley, breaking the Australian and Commonwealth records in the process.
“The 400 didn’t go to plan, watching YouTube there’s 800 likes. I’ll put it behind me and two wins this week, very happy.”
The 21 year old has also qualified for the 200 freestyle at the worlds in Barcelona.
