Police have established a crime scene on Bridge Street in West Tamworth, after a firearm was discharged in the CBD this afternoon.
Just after 1 o’clock, a bullet struck the front window of a construction business.
It’s believed two people were inside at the time, but no one was injured.
Officers searched the surrounding area, but have not located the gunman.
