COURT APPROVES PFAS SETTLEMENT

In a landmark decision, the Federal Court has signed off on the compensation deal, struck between the Australian Government and three RAAF communities earlier this year.

The move ends the bitter legal battle between Defence and Williamtown red zone residents, whose lives have been turned upside down by chemical comtamination.
