A secluded Far North Coast beach has been named the best kept travel destination secret in the country.
The Australian Traveller Magazine unveiled it’s top 100 picks today, Byron Bay’s, Whites Beach, topping the list as the nation’s best kept secret.
But it’s one locals aren’t too keen to give away.
“These stories are a double edged sword sometimes, but I know it’s a difficult location to get to so maybe that will keep it hidden for a bit longer.”
Also rating a mention in the top 20 was the quaint village of Bangalow.
