Three members of one family charged over the murder of a man in Coffs Harbour last year have been remanded in custody after another brief court appearance.
Twenty-six year old James Moore, his forty-nine year old mother Michelle Moore and her partner Brendan Price, 41, will face court again on the 14th of May.
It’s alleged their 50-year-old victim was bashed with a metal pole and a piece of wood at the corner of Edgar and Collingwood Streets at the Jetty in October last year.
He later died in hospital.
