The NSW Government has closed Bondi Beach after beachgoers disregarded the 500-people gathering limit,
It’s a temporary measure, but there’s already plans to extend to other beaches if social distancing advice is being flouted.
The move was ordered by Police Minister David Elliott.
The announcement comes as confirmed COVID-19 cases climb to 382.
