ELDERLY WOMAN ESCAPES WITH MINOR INJURIES AFTER CAR ROLLOVER IN EAST LISMORE

An elderly woman is lucky to have escaped with minor injuries after her car rolled at East Lismore this morning.
Emergency crews were called to Ballina Road just after 8’clock, where they treated the 93-year-old for a wrist injury.
“There was a stationary car parked on the shoulder of the road, and it looks like unknown reason she’s clipped the back of that car before rolling her own vehicle over,” NSW Ambulance Acting Inspector, Robert Kembrey, said.
She was transported to Lismore Base Hospital in a stable condition.
