A Caves Beach teenager remains in a critical condition after the car she was travelling in, smashed into a power pole at Buff Point on the Central Coast early this morning.
The 17-year-old suffered serious head injuries and was taken to the John Hunter Hospital.
The driver, also 17 sustained minor injuries.
The crash investigation unit will determine whether alcohol may have been a factor.
