In a major boost for the development of the Warnervale town centre, Wyong council has received an application for a 137 lot subdivision in the town centre precinct.
The proposal put forward by Urban Growth New South Wales, formerly Landcom, will also include pedestrian and cycle linkages and landscaping.
It follows an application from Woolworths – which is still awaiting approval from the state government.
