Former Gold Coast United skipper, Michael Thwaite is destined to re-unite with Shane Smeltz and Bas van den Brink at the Glory next A-League season.
The dashing 29-year-old defender has signed a new deal with the Perth-based side, reportedly worth a million dollars over two years.
The former Socceroo captained the now defunct United for three years.
