The sentencing of a Bandidos bikie who brutally bashed a woman on Paradise Island, has been delayed after the man allegedly became violent in the Southport watchhouse.
Leonard Toalei yesterday pleaded guilty to several charges regarding the July 2012 incident.
The 25 year old is charged with repeatedly punching and kicking the victim, before firing shots inside her unit.
Toalei was meant to be sentenced today, but the court heard he had threatened watchhouse staff.
