Frozen food giant McCain Foods has forked out a massive $82 million to acquire the Kitchens of Sara Lee from US based company Hillshire Brands.
The deal includes the company’s Lisarow factory as well as license right to the Sara Lee trademark and the manufacturing, distribution and exporting of frozen desserts.
