Malcolm Naden has officially been charged with the murder of 24-year-old Kirstie Scholes in Dubbo in June 2005.
He faced Taree Local Court this afternoon, where his lawyer, Michael Jones, didn’t apply for bail and it was formally refused by Magistrate Michael Morahan and has been adjourned until April 24.
Naden is also accused of aggravated indecent assault in relation to an incident involving a 15-year-old girl in 2004 and shoot with intent to murder relating to an incident involving a police officer at Nowendoc on December 7, 2011.
