Bellingen Shire Council is urging local rate payers to have their say on plans to give the Dangar Falls Reserve near Dorrigo a facelift.
The council is seeking funding from Regional Development Australia to improve accessibility while protecting natural values.
Upgrading the walking track to the bottom of the falls and a public space for performances are two components being recommended.
A draft plan will be available for public comment in March.
