The clash between the Jets and a Northern New South Wales select side has been postponed because of rain, but officials are hopeful it can be rescheduled.
Meanwhile, the A-League club will conduct its second annual tour of the state’s north next month, stopping at Muswellbrook, Tamworth, Armidale and Gunnedah.
The trip will culminate in a clash with the Mariners at Tamworth’s Scully Park on August 13.
And seven players from Northern New South Wales have been selected in the Young Matildas squad for the coming Asean Football Championship.
