Byron Council has re-opened Wanganui Road to vehicles under 3.5 tonnes.
The stretch has been cut off since bad weather caused a landslip on the Australia Day long weekend.
Council has cleared debris, installed barricades on the edge of the slip and will continue to monitor the area on a daily basis.
Anyone who notices further damage to the road is urged to contact council immediately.
