SUZANNE CHANDLER TAKES OUT SILVER AT WORLD TRIATHLON GRAND FINALS

A handful of Central Coast triathletes cracked top ten placings at the World Triathlon grand finals in Auckland over the weekend.

In the 40-44 age group Tim Lang just missed out on a medal with a fourth place,
while Suzanne Chandler claimed a second successive silver in the same age group for the ladies.

Representing Canada, Chandler finished behind Kiwi, Rachael Hamill.

While veteran Rob Hekking crossed the line in fifth position for the 65-69 age group – going one better than his 2010 attempt.
