A motorbike rider has suffered critical head injuries and a fractured pelvis, after falling off his bike at Jilliby yesterday afternoon.
The 23-year-old lost control along Hue Hue road at around 4:30.
He was flown to Sydney’s Royal North Shore hospital by the Westpac rescue helicopter and is now in a serious but stable condition.
