The Taree Showground was abuzz with fun and laughter today, as hundreds turned out to celebrate the town’s 134th show.
It had all the hallmarks of a traditional country show, with rides, pavilion displays and live entertainment on offer.
As always, local agriculture and farm animals were a feature, but it was the ‘Snake Man’ who was a crowd favourite.
The show continues tomorrow, with the popular ‘smash-up derby’ making a comeback after a five year hiatus.
