There’ll be a sea of pink across the mid-north coast this weekend, when 300 motorbike riders hit the road in support of breast cancer research.
The fourth annual ‘pink ribbon ride’ will start in Port Macquarie, before traveling through Camden Haven, and wrapping up with raffles and lunch in Long Flat.
“Our family has a strong family history of breast cancer, we lost our mum to breast cancer and we’ve also got the genes, so that sort of prompted us to help fundraise and the motorbike riding is a really fun way to do it.”
The ride starts at 10:30 on Saturday morning at the Donut in Port Macquarie.
