Traffic was forced to a stand still in parts of Tamworth’s CBD for a short time this afternoon, after a driver mounted the curb, coming to a halt alongside an empty bus on Brisbane Street.
The two occupants were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The 4-wheel-drive however was a lot worse for wear, with extensive damage to the front of the vehicle.
It’s understood the driver of the vehicle suffered a medical episode, before the crash.
