Emergency services have spent the day searching for a missing Boggabri man.
72-year-old Peter Riordan was last seen at 3.30 on Friday afternoon leaving a Boggabri caravan park in his silver landcruiser.
It’s believed he was going fishing on the Namoi River but didn’t return.
The man is being described as being caucasian, with a slim build and brown hair.
Police have conducted extensive searches of the banks of the Namoi River, as well as known fishing spots.
