A police strikeforce has taken over investigations into a violent armed holdup at the Windale Bowling Club.
5 staff members were closing up the club around 10.30 last night when four armed intruders entered through a window.
The staff members were bound by their hands and feet before the intruders cleaned out the safe and cash registers.
The group made off with a large amount of money in a red Holden Commodore.
