The Surfers Paradise Festival, has been hailed a success with final figures showing it injected $13-million into the local community this winter.
“It was a great result we saw an increase of 84 per cent in our numbers over two years to 112,000 this year.”
Its success and the financial strain being caused by the mall renovation are being discussed at tonight’s Surfers Paradise Trader Forum.
