There’s been an abrupt end to one Central Coast councillor’s quest for re-election.
Gosford City Councillor Peter Freewater has been forced out of the race, after his group nomination wasn’t handed in on time.
Mr Freewater is currently in Scotland and says he left the paperwork to one of his fellow candidates who missed yesterday’s deadline.
