The manager of a fruit and vegetable store in Bellingen will face court after he allegedly underpaid workers by $80,000.
Eric Fuller of Fullers Fruit and Vegies was under investigation by the Fair Work Ombudsman following reports he underpaid up to five staff members.
The most recent case involves a Korean student, alleged to have been paid as little as $6 an hour.
The business faces fines of up to $33,000 per offence.
