More than 50 people lined up to be the first through the doors,
at the new Aldi store in Tamworth this morning.
Staff were run off their feet today, assisting with some early Christmas shopping and giving shoppers the chance to taste-test products.
It’s the first Aldi in the New England and it’s created more than 14 new jobs for locals.
