A Gold Coast man, accused of stabbing a stranger in the toilets of Shooters nightclub has denied any link to the Finks bikie gang.
Police allege, last month, 25 year old Ryan Webster followed his victim into the bathroom and attacked him, leaving a 30 centimetre gash on the man’s back.
The 29 year old has since undergone surgery to repair his kidney, spleen and diaphragm.
Police told court they have C-C-T-V footage of Webster in the club, and a photo taken of him at an ATM.
He was granted bail in Brisbane, and will appear in Southport court later this month.
