World Rally Car officials have confirmed its flagship series will return to Australia next year.
The multi-million dollar event was staged on the Coffs coast last year, attracting huge crowds and support from local communities.
No date or location has been set for the 2013 Aussie leg of the rally series, but it’s likely to be staged late in the year.
Coffs Harbour City Council, which supported the event in 2011, has expressed interest in hosting once again.
