Manning-Great Lakes police have nabbed a number of motorists for drug and alcohol offences, following a targeted operation on the Pacific Highway.
In the past two days, around 750 random breath tests and more than 150 drug tests were carried out as part of Operation Doug.
10 drivers were issued infringement notices – eight were charged with possessing a prohibited drug.
Officers from the Traffic Services Branch were also brought in for the operation.
