Shopping at the local butcher just got a little easier with Kootingal Quality Meats becoming one of the first in the region to open a drive-through service.
The new facility was officially opened today, with many keen to try it out.
And it’s as simple as pulling up to the window and pressing the buzzer.
“For convenience it’s a good idea you know, for mums and bubs they don’t have to get them out of the car and for elderly people they can just drive up to the window and press the buzzer there.”
The owners say the only other drive-through butcher they’ve heard of is in Queensland.
