Local angler Brad Peace has taken out the Deep Sea Category in this year’s Coffs Harbour Easter Fishing Classic, catching 11 different species of fish.
But he wasn’t the only one hauling in some impressive catches.
Ideal conditions saw 211 senior and 64 junior anglers cast their lines which organisers say is an increase on previous years.
Most of the catch was sold at a charity auction yesterday.
This year, $5,655 was raised for Marine Rescue Coffs Harbour.
