A 40-year-old Bowraville truck driver has been charged with dangerous and negligent driving after he was intercepted by police on the F3 near Brooklyn yesterday.
Police say the man was driving in an erratic manner in an attempt to bypass a heavy vehicle checking station.
He will appear in Fairfield Court in April.
