An ATM has been ripped from its foundations at the Thornton shopping centre overnight.
Several people broke through the front doors of the centre just before three o’clock this morning and drove a white van and red four-wheel drive up to the free-standing machine.
It was then loaded into the back of the van before both vehicles were driven out towards Government Road.
Police are appealing for anyone with information.
