A man remains behind bars, accused of shooting another man in the chest at The Entrance.
Emergency services were called to a home on The Entrance Road in the early hours of April 28.
A 43-year-old man was treated at the scene, before he was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital for surgery.
A 32-year-old man was arrested by Tuggerah Lakes Police on Thursday.
He remains in custody on firearm charges and will front Wyong Local Court next month.
