Racing yacht Hugo Boss sailed into the harbour this afternoon, fresh from its fifth place finish in the Sydney to Hobart.
The vessel, which is British owned, usually only graces the Spanish and French coasts.
The two-toned yacht will berth at Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club during maintenance work.
