Coffs Harbour’s Palms Shopping Centre is set to be revamped.
The move was sparked by supermarket giant Coles’ planned relocation from the centre and aims to transform Harbour Drive into a trendy cafe and retail strip.
A Development Application has been lodged with Coffs Harbour City Council which proposes to give the city centre a new look.
Included in the plan is a new food court, increased amenities and specialty retail stores.
