LAURIETON SKATE PARK REVAMP

Scooter and bike riders, along with skateboarders are being encouraged to become involved in the revamp of their Laurieton facility.

Council representatives will be on-site to meet with community members on Saturday, to discuss options for improving the local skate park.

A budget of $83,000 has been allocated to upgrade the existing facility and the council wants park users to be involved in the process.

The Camden Haven project follows the $700,000 upgrade of Port Macquarie’s regional skate park which was recently completed.
