Port Macquarie is set to host another Super Sunday of sport.
Not only will 800 triathletes be in town to compete in the Ironman 70.3 race, there’ll also be hundreds of young basketballers taking part in the Seaside Classic.
The tournament attracts players from the Central Coast, North Coast, North West and Hunter, competing in under 11 to under 17 divisions.
The three-day tournament provides the opportunity for coaches to scout for potential representative players ahead of the 2012 season.
Matches will be played at four venues across Port Macquarie, with the finals being contested at the indoor stadium on Sunday.
