Submissions into the state’s coal seam gas mining inquiry closed today, but Northern Rivers residents can still have their say at a public hearing in Alstonville later this month.
The inquiry will consider both the environmental and social impacts of the practice, along with the impact on effected landowners in Casino and Kyogle.
The hearing will be held at the House With No Steps on September 21.
