Local environmental groups say they’ll protest in support of a Camberwell woman’s fight to stop an open cut coal mine proposal which is set to engulf her property.
The Planning Assessment Commission will hold a meeting near Singleton tomorrow to hear the community’s concerns about the Ashton South East project.
“It’ll be so close, the dust and noise will be prohibitive to living a normal life, so we have to stand up and say enough’s enough.”
