Broadmeadow and Valentine Phoenix have won their way through to the Women’s Premier League final.
The Magic easily beat Charlestown City, while the Phoenix left its run late against Merewether.
Valentine started as underdogs, but with the scores locked in extra time, Hayley Macbeth somehow found a way through.
In the other semi, fourth-placed Charlestown wasn’t expected to trouble the premiers, but it almost had the lead in the first minute.
Unfazed, the Magic looked to its big names, with Stacy Day cleaning up the scraps from a free kick.
Day then earned herself a penalty, that she calmly slotted home.
