The Tamworth Ten celebrated its 40th anniversary with more than 1000 competitors accepting the challenge.
Some took to the test with gusto, while others accepted an opportunity to let off a bit of steam.

Last year’s Tamworth Ten winner Ben Malby took out the inaugural half marathon.
While Hugh Williams and Morgan Isbester emerged from the pack to take out the main 10 kilometre event in the men’s and women’s divisions.
