WALLARAH TWO NOT A CONCERN SAYS HARTCHER
Minister for Resources and Energy Chris Hartcher has eased fears a decision to reject the Wallarah No 2 coal mine may be reconsidered.
It comes after the Australian Coal Alliance raised concerns Kores is preparing to submit a new application to mine beneath the region’s water catchment valleys.

Legislation not necessary Mr Hartcher? The Liberal party based the election campaign in the Wyong electorate on the fact that the Liberal party would bring legislation in to stop mining under water catchment areas; including the valleys. Davis Harris lost his seat based on this fact and now you are going back on your word. Bring back David Harris; at least you could trust him.
